A quieter pocket off Rama IV

What was here

SCROLL
Heritage

A restoration built around what was already here.

Rather than erase the building's original character, 12 Ngam Duphli was restored around its existing proportions and materials, with concrete, glass, and steel added only where they served the space.

Heritage, still in use

A restored compound, made to be lived in again.

Once a home, now a small and considered mix of food, work and everyday life. The original character remains, with each new use settling into what was already here.

Spaces for considered new ventures.

The next chapter welcomes considered new ventures. Selected spaces are available for businesses that complement the compound’s character, each offered as a bare shell to shape around your concept.

The materials that shape this place

Restored, not replaced

Every surface here was chosen with intention. A running record of the wood, stone, and texture that carry the building's character forward.

Warm grain, carried from the original home.
TEAKWOOD
Warm, weathered, and unmistakably Thai
Terracotta Tile
Cool underfoot, quietly built to last.
GRANITE
Woven by hand, a craft of Old Siam.
RATTAN
Lime-washed by hand, left honest.
STONE
A pattern borrowed from an older Bangkok.
